Contract: All stock sales and phot shoots are bound by contract via fax, delivery or e-mail, signed and agreed upon before release of images. After an email, fax or phone call has been made to us about your selections, we will email or fax you a contract with the prices and usage agreement, which you then sign and fax or mail back to us upon agreement. Images are released only after payment in full and or a signed contractual agreement.

All sales are final: meaning no refunds.

Usage fees: Usage fees are found using several pricing guides that are nationally published and readily available to anyone, this is what we use as a guide. Image useage fee depends upon many facets, especially the rights needed, the circulation quantity and the size of the image used. For instance if the image use is for a local real estate agents brochure, the rates would be lower than for the front cover of a national magazine. Most all of the fees at LasVegasPIX.com are lower than the national standard for stock image use and we do offer quantity discounts so keep that in mind.
